Our promise
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll work with you on a replacement or refund for eligible items. Your satisfaction matters more to us than a single sale.
How to start a return
Email support@naturalplususa.shop with your order number and a short note about what went wrong. We'll respond with simple next steps — usually within one business day.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you.
